The client acknowledges and accepts that he has read and agrees with the general terms and conditions of contract published on this website.

BOOKINGS

To confirm the reservation, the safest and most reliable way is through our website, you must provide us with your personal credit card details in force as a guarantee, and with this you expressly authorize and consent to the charges that may arise from our cancellation policy.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Our reservation policy complies with the Decree 159/2012, of November 20, on tourist accommodation and tourist facilities (d’establiments d’allotjament turístic and d’habitatges d’ús turístic.)
If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to the arrival time of the day of arrival, no charge will be made.
If you cancel, modify or do not show up within 48 hours prior to the arrival time of the arrival date, the following penalties will be applied:

• For reservations canceled within 48h before the date of arrival, one night will be charged.
• Reservations of 2 nights or less: 50% of the total stay.
• Reservations from 3 to 7 nights: 35% of the total stay
• Reservations of more than 8 days: 25% of the total stay.
• Cancellations and / or modifications must be made in writing by email.

In case of non-refundable reservations and / or special packages, the amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and it will not be possible to make a change or cancellation.
If you leave the room before the fixed date of departure, you must pay for all contracted services up to that date.
If the cancellation, abandonment, modification or no-show is due to force majeure, duly accredited, no charge will be made.

OTHER PURCHASE CONDITIONS

The Hotel reserves the right to rectify the rates that may have been wrongly charged to the client as a result of a failure in the online reservation system. In this case, the hotel will notify the client of the failure within a maximum period of 48 hours, giving the client the option of accepting the new price or cancelling the reservation made.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the check-in date.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the rooms or common areas.

PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL

The payment of the main services contracted will be made at the time of the client's Check in) and said amount is non-refundable.
Payment can be made in cash, credit card or bank transfer, not being possible to pay by check.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check In: ​​Starting at 1:00 p.m.
Check Out: Until 12:00h.
On request and according to availability, the hotel can grant a late check out or an early check-in.

PETS

We regret to inform you that pets are not currently allowed.

TAXES

All prices include Value Added Tax.
Tax on overnight stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia (tourist tax): Prices do not include the tourist tax, the amount of which depends on the type of establishment and the number of overnight stays and guests in the room:

Tourist tax from 1/6/2021 (VAT included)
Hotel Mar d’Amunt and Hotel Porto Cristo: € 1.32 per person and day.
Hotel Cap de Creus and Hotel Àgora: € 0.66 per person and day.
Persons of age equal to or less than 16 years are exempt.
Tourist apartments (HUTs): € 1.1 per person and day.
