SERVICE HOURS:

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.

If your room is not ready upon your arrival, we can store your luggage at Reception. If you arrive at the hotel after 10:00 PM, you must notify us in advance and check in at the Hotel Spa Porto Cristo, located at Carrer Major, 59, El Port de La Selva.

Late Check-out:

Check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability on the day of check-out and incurs a surcharge, the amount of which varies depending on the requested departure time. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed in advance and is only confirmed on the day of departure.

BreakfastS time:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. On the ground floor, next to Reception. All reservations include breakfast.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. On the first floor of the hotel in La Timba Restaurant, with panoramic views of the port. All reservations include breakfast.

Spa Service Hours:

The Spa is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with the last booking available from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is for private and exclusive use. Sessions are 1 hour long, and the rental fee is €45 per hour for 2 people. Reservations must be made at Reception.

Massage Service hours:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: Massages are available from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the last booking available from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Massages are performed individually; couples massages are not available. Appointments must be made at Reception.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: Massage hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last booking between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Massages are performed individually; couples massages are not available. Appointments must be made at Reception.

Parking service:

Parking is available from the day of arrival until 11:55 AM on the day of departure.

ACCOMMODATION, FACILITIES, AND SERVICES:

Room with a double bed or two single beds:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: We acknowledge your preference. However, room assignment is subject to availability upon arrival. If you wish to guarantee a double bed, we recommend booking our Junior Suite with Sea View, Royal Hammam with Sea View, Superior Premium Double, or Superior Double with Round Bathtub and Terrace rooms, as all of these have a double bed.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: We acknowledge your preference. However, room assignment is subject to availability upon arrival. If you wish to guarantee a double bed, we recommend booking our Sea View or Sea View with Terrace rooms, all of which have a double bed.

Room with a bathtub or shower:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: We acknowledge your preference. However, room assignment is subject to availability upon arrival and depends on the room type booked. We recommend reviewing the features of our rooms.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: We acknowledge your preference. However, room assignment is subject to availability upon arrival. All our Sea View Rooms with Terrace have a private jacuzzi.

Room for 3 people:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: If you wish to include a third person, you will have to pay a supplement that varies depending on the season. Only available in Grand Comfort rooms and Family Room.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: If you wish to include a third person, you will have to pay a supplement that varies depending on the season. Only available in some Standard Rooms with Kitchen, some Sea View Rooms, and Sea View Rooms with Terrace.

Adjoining Rooms:

We have noted your preference. However, room assignment is subject to availability upon arrival.

Crib Service:

We have noted your request and inform you that you will find the crib ready upon arrival. This service is free of charge. Please inform Reception in advance of your arrival date.

Food Allergy or Intolerance:

In case of food allergies or intolerances, we offer various types of milk, gluten-free products, etc. Please inform Reception in advance.

Spa Service:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: JACUZZI - SAUNA - SHOWER

The Spa session costs €45 per hour for 2 people. Reservations are required and can be made at Reception. The Spa is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the last available session between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. A bathrobe and towel are included. Eating and/or drinking are not permitted in the spa. The maximum capacity is 4 people at a time. Sessions of 1 to 2 consecutive hours can be booked. Sessions can be booked at different times of the day.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: JACUZZI - SAUNA - SEAWATER SHOWER - FRESHWATER SHOWER (30°C & 40°C)

The spa session costs €45 per hour for two people. Reservations are required and can be made at Reception. The spa is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the last available session between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. A bathrobe and towel are included. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the spa. The maximum capacity is four people at a time. Sessions can be booked for one or two consecutive hours. Sessions can also be booked at different times of the day.

Parking Service:

We have private parking available for our guests, for both cars and motorcycles. The price is €15 per day per car/motorcycle. The parking is enclosed, covered, and private. It is 500 meters from the Hotel Spa Porto Cristo and 550 meters from the Hotel Cap de Creus. The parking lot is located at the entrance to the town of El Port de La Selva, right next to the gas station. Access must be requested at Reception.

Electric Car Charging:

The hotel parking lot has two charging stations for electric cars, which are activated by paying with a credit card at the charger itself.

If you wish to charge your electric car, there are four charging stations at Calle Llançà, 11, in the Valvi Supermarket parking lot.

There are also two charging stations at C. Moll de La Timba, 2. It is 10 meters from the Hotel Spa Cap de Creus. To use this charger, you must download the EVCharge app.

Bicycle Parking Service:

At the Hotel Spa Porto Cristo, we have a space where you can safely and freely store your bicycle. Simply request directions and access at the hotel Reception. If your bicycle is electric, you can recharge it at the same location.

Smoke-free hotel:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel, including windows and balconies. A €150 fine will be applied for violations.

Yacht Club Outdoor Pool:

The hotel does not have its own pool, but we have an agreement with the Yacht Club for the use of their outdoor pool during the summer season (July/August). If you wish to use it, simply request information about pool access at the hotel Reception.

Peace and Quiet:

Hotel Spa Porto Cristo: Please note that the hotel is located in the town center, so depending on the season and the number of people and vehicles, noise levels may vary. If noise bothers you, we recommend booking the Royal Sea View, Royal Sea View with Hammam, or Superior Premium Double rooms.

Hotel Spa Cap de Creus: Please note that the hotel is located on the seafront, in the town center next to a pedestrian street. Therefore, depending on the season, the number of guests, and noise levels, the experience may vary. The Standard and Standard with Kitchen rooms face the pedestrian street. If noise bothers you, we recommend booking the Sea View or Sea View with Terrace rooms.

Romantic Package:

We offer a Romantic Package that includes cava, a rose, chocolates, and bed decorations for €25. If you are interested in this offer, please let us know in advance, and we will prepare it for you.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will incur the cost of the first night's stay.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will incur the cost of the first night's stay. If arrival at the hotel is after 5:00 PM, the hotel will charge the first night to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. If payment cannot be processed, the reservation will be canceled and the room will be released.

All requests for changes, modifications, or cancellations to your reservation must be made exclusively by email, replying to the confirmation email.

OTHER INFORMATION
If you leave the hotel before your reserved check-out date, the hotel may charge up to 50% of the total cost of your stay and any remaining services booked. All prices include VAT. Tourist taxes are not included.

Payment is due upon booking.
