Our wellness center in Girona (Port de la Selva) offers wellness treatments. The spa facilities are located at the Cap de Creus Spa Hotel. This service is subject to a fee and is not included in your stay.

The spa, bathed in natural light, is a space dedicated to relaxation, with beautiful wood finishes, a jacuzzi, thalassotherapy showers, a sauna, and sun loungers.

In the spa, you will find towels, bathrobes, slippers, and shower caps.

JACUZZI - SAUNA - SEAWATER SHOWER - FRESHWATER SHOWER AT 30° AND 40°

The spa session costs €45 per hour for 2 people.

To access the spa, please visit reception. Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The last session is open from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Eating and/or drinking are prohibited inside the spa.
The maximum capacity is 4 people at a time.
Consecutive sessions of one to two hours can be booked.
Sessions can be booked at different times of the day.

JACUZZI: The hot tub has several seating areas and waterfalls. There are multiple benefits of using the hot tub as it helps to soothe the physical and muscular pain, eliminates toxins and improves circulation. It is advisable to supplement the use of the hot tub with cold showers and sauna.

SAUNA: Dry sauna provides temperatures between 80° and 90°C and a minimum humidity, never exceeds 20%. The sauna will free toxins through sweating and will activate blood circulation

THALASSOTHERAPY SHOWERS: The Spa at Spa Cap de Creus Hotel offers a saltwater shower that provides all the benefits of the sea. You can combine the cold shower with the shower 40°C.The Spa of the Spa Porto Cristo Hotel offers showers with regular water.

SPA USE:

Currently SPA service is available exclusively for in-house guests.

The spa is accessible by reservation, in an exclusive session where no one else can access the space. The spa session is €45 per hour for two people.
