SCHEDULES: 

Check in and Check Out Time:

Check out time is until 12:00 PM.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM.

If your room is not ready upon arrival, we can store your luggage at Reception. If your arrival at the hotel is later than 10:00 PM. You must notify us in advance and check in at the Hotel Spa Porto Cristo, at Carrer Major, 59. El Port de La Selva.

Late Check Out:

Checking out of the room after 12:00 PM is subject to availability on the same day of check-out and carries a surcharge, the amount of which varies depending on the requested check-out time. The Late Check-Out service cannot be guaranteed in advance and is only confirmed on the same day of check-out.

Breakfast hours:

The hours are served from 08:00 AM. to 10:30 AM. On the first floor of the hotel in El Restaurant La Timba, with panoramic views of the port. All reservations include breakfast.

Spa sessions:

The Spa hours are from 10:00 h. to 19:00 h., with the last bookable session from 18:00 h. to 19:00 h. Its use is private and exclusive. The sessions are 1 hour and the rental is €45 per hour for 2 people. An appointment must be made for its use at the reception.

Massage sessions:

The massage hours are from 10:00 h. to 19:00 h., with the last bookable session from 18:00 h. to 19:00 h. Massages are done individually, couples massages are not available. An appointment must be made for use at the reception.

Parking hours:

Parking is available from the day of arrival until 11:55 a.m. on the day of departure.

ACCOMMODATION, FACILITIES AND SERVICES:

Room with double bed or 2 single beds:

We take note of your preference. However, the assignment of rooms is subject to prior availability upon arrival. If you want to guarantee the double bed, we recommend that you book our Sea View or Sea View with Terrace rooms, which all have a double bed.

Room with bath or shower:

We take note of your preference. However, the assignment of rooms is subject to prior availability upon arrival. Our Sea View with Terrace rooms all have an individual jacuzzi.

Room for 3 people:

If you want to include a third person, you will have to pay a supplement that varies according to the season. Only available in some Standard rooms with Kitchen, some Sea View Rooms and Sea View Room with Terrace.

Adjoining rooms:

We take note of your preference. However, the assignment of rooms is subject to prior availability upon arrival.

Allergy or intolerance:

In case of allergy or intolerance, we have different types of milk like oat milk or soy milk, gluten-free products, etc. You must inform Reception in advance.

Crib Service:

We take note of your request and inform you that you will find the crib placed upon your arrival. This service is free. You must inform Reception in advance.

Parking service:

We have private parking for our customers, both cars and motorbikes. The price is €15 per day and car/motorbike. The parking is closed, covered and private. It is 550 meters from the Cap de Creus hotel. The parking is located at the entrance to the town of Port de La Selva, right next to the gas station.

Spa Service:

Includes JACUZZI – SAUNA – SEA WATER SHOWER The Spa session is €45 per hour, for 2 people. You must make an appointment for use at the reception, the Spa hours are from 10:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs., with the last bookable session from 18:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking hotel

Smoking is not allowed throughout the hotel, including on windows and balconies. A €150 penalty applies for violations.

Recharging an electric car:

If you want to recharge your electric car, there are 4 charging stations at Carrer Llançà, 11, in the Valvi Supermarket parking lot.
There are also 2 charging stations at C. Moll de la Timba, 2. It is 10 meters from the Hotel Spa Cap de Creus. To use this charger, you must download the app: EVCharge

Customer identification and registration

Any persons who stay at any lodging facility located in Catalonia must be registered. Article 4 from Royal Decree 933/2021, on 26th October, on obligation of registration and communication to the police of the persons staying in lodging facilities. The national identity document is required from the age of fourteen. Article 9.1 from Organic law 4/2015, on 30th March, on protection of law and order.

RATE POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival date will incur the cost of the first night of stay.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur the cost of the first night of stay. If arrival at the hotel is later than 5:00 PM, the hotel will charge the first night to the card that guaranteed the reservation. If payment cannot be made, the reservation will be considered canceled and the room will be released.

Any request for changes, modifications or cancellation of your reservation must be requested exclusively by email, responding to the same email as the confirmation.

OTHER INFORMATION
In case of leaving the establishment before the date until which it was reserved, the establishment may demand up to 50% of the total stay and the contracted services that remain to be used.
